Gorton’s Seafood products are regularly on the menu in our home not only because their high quality products are absolutely delicious but they make meal time seem so effortless! Below, check out this amazingly flavorful Gorton’s Wicked Good Seafood recipe I prepared for my family tonight in less than 30 minutes along with my review! Enjoy!
Gorton’s White Bean and Spinach Fillets
6 Gorton’s Classic Crispy Battered Fillets, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup onion, chopped, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained, 4 cups baby spinach, 1 (15 oz ) can diced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
1. Prepare Gorton’s Classic Crispy Battered Fillets according to package instructions.
2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Saute onions for 5 minutes. Add garlic, beans and spinach, saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Add salt and pepper, reduce heat to low, simmer 1o minutes. Top cooked fillets and serve immediately.
